Hey guys I am in the process of disassembling my 025 for crank seals and bearings. How do I remove this baffle plate? I don't want to break it :)

Figured it out. It was just held in by slipping over the rubber intake boot. It felt like it was attached at more points

Tried a little heat on the bearing to remove it. Using a puller and the arms are bending. Know of a good way to get them off? One side is a little rough to turn.

I've used a gear puller with good success.

I usually put the puller in the vice and set the crank in place and tighten it until firm. I then check to make sure the hooks are over the bearing. I hold the crank with one hand and turn the screw with a wrench to pull off the bearing. Just be sure not to drop the crankshaft.
