After over 20 years on and off since 1987 I am tired of working on someone elses used up stuff and will not buy anymore equipment till I can afford something worth having I think that I would look for a diesel, since it will probably sit and the gas goes bad,
I know thats apples to orneges price wise but I know if I had a carlton 4200 with a 33-44hp dsl, I would actually use it, but thats2400 compared to 24000 so, I think the front yard stumpers are bulky and hard on lawns, I bought my 2500-4 used and did some work on the cyl's and stuff and have about 4000 in it now the shaft broke, so never ends. the plus is my trailer tags are 55.00 and equipment tags are like 7.00, and I guess you could repower it later, na no more junk
