How to attach this piece? 562xp

I got this thing all back together and buttoned up except for this one piece. I think it’s an air nozzle, but damned if I can’t figure out how it goes back on…any help?

Thanks come to find out this part is some random junk, the actual part appears to be broke off and missing so I went ahead and ordered it.
