How to split elm - video

Haven't done any modifications yet, but after a little discussion about elm in one of my other posts, I drug this one up to show off a bit more:hmm3grin2orange:

Had two twin crotches, each about 16" across and 22" the long way, right @ 24" long. (I'm also showing off the fact that I may be stronger than I am smart LOL)

First one is aimed right down the middle of the crotch, and the second I went through both centers, then ran out of memory card :bang: You can see that splitting the halves is easier, but they both work, stop is not a word recognized by this splitter.

Background music is Sirius 60, with Billy Currington singing, I didn't realize I had it that loud. The M needs a little carb work, but it runs good as is, just misses a bit when not under load, pulling a hill it sounds perfect.

That splitter has some serious power. My splitter does the job very well most of the time but there have been a few times when I wanted more power.
