Hi there from New Zealand.
Can any one tell me the initial Hi & lo speed screw settings for husky 141.
Have had some success with one and a half turns -plus a little richer .
Unfortunately saw doesn't seem to want to idle after a cut or two. My fear is that there is some kind of leak .The carb is a Walbro wt 289 . I have cleaned and blown it out but did not replace gaskets etc.Help i like the feeling of them saws working well
Cheers

in a stock saw most cases is 1 turn each on the high and low as the starting point. may take more or less, but going richer is much safer than going too lean. if it wants to idle high and not go back down thats usually crank seals. i would start with a carb kit if its too rich, and make sure to spray everything out with carb cleaner. i have had a few carbs that the chrome plating on the fuel needle start flaking off and hold it open, causing some big time flooding.
