How can one tell how good the compression is on this saw with no pull rope in it?

I have numerous covers for it If you want the broke A$$ cover with a recoil and rope on it I will put that on for you. Tehse saws are dirt cheap stop busting my ball$ or buy a saw these postings arent for a brand new saw that I am trying to scam someone on ebay for. make an offer no reasonable offr will be refused.....they arent my saws they are the co's saws and I am just selling them for the co.

I dont recall you ever claiming them to be new saws, which is clear they're not. still, an older saw that does the job, is FAR better than no saw.
