Husky 390/395 Cylinder on a Husky 385??? Thoughts

To all you Husky greats out there.

Can I put a 390/395 cylinder on my Husky 385?
Are the bolt patterns the same?
What do you think?
What would be the gain in preformance?

390 yes, 395 would require custom fitting. Not sure on the base size being the same or different.
