Husky 435 Problem?

I have a Husky 435 that I am working on. The saw starts.....runs a little......and dies. Revs never get high enough to spin the chain. I replaced the carb but same issue. No amount of carb adjustment helps.......any ideas?

Compression good? Good spark? Any other info for us?

First check for plugged muffler spark arrestor if you haven't already.

Ok........muffler screen is clear. Compression is good and no cylinder scoring. Talked to a Husky mechanic.....he said the coil could be the issue. He recently had a Husky saw doing the same thing and the coil was the issue.

Finally got this one fixed.......ignition coil was the problem.
