Stihl MS201TC running issues

Hello all, I have bought a stihl ms201tc 2019 model. Its has model 3.0 m tronic on it.

Symptoms - Engine will start but only with trigger held, let go and dies. With bar and chain on, chain does not spin.

Take bar and chain off, engine runs and can run to high revs, but again let go of trigger and dies.

I have replaced plug, cleaned filters and have done a carb clean.

Any ideas or advice please? I can't complete the m tronic reset as it won't idle.

Update - took off the exhust/muffler. Saw starts and runs as it should and allowed me to do the reset. Put the muffler back on and boggs down, won't idle and doesn't run with bar and chain on.

I have cleaned out the exhust and can feel that's air can pass through without issue.

Any ideas?
