Looks like I may have diaphragm issues with my 450 Husqvarna. It won't idle and is definitely using too much fuel along with frequently flooding. I'm going to pick up a rebuild kit tomorrow, but I'm unsure of how to get the carb out. I kept a Homelite running for years, so the rebuild won't be a problem. Google searches haven't helped. Any advice or links will be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, I've got the 4 screws out and it still doesn't want to come out because of the primer bulb and choke/kill switch. Gotta get some more of the plastic count of the way. Ill get it sooner or later.

Good deal getting it off. Don't feel bad - it's better to be too tentative at first and not break anything. Esp old plastic.
