I have tried every angle my chart has for 3/8x0.50 and still cant get it to cut worth a darn! what angles do you guys use? thanks

I like the husqvarna file guide...for a 3/8" chain it's anodized blue.if you buy it simply follow the angles of the guide ... Also check your rakers are set deep enough. If you don't bring them down as the chain wears you will have to push hard to get it to bite and cut.

the angle is not that important ,just as long as they are all close to being the same .....i would check the raker height .028 would work ok
