Hey guys thanks for previous input. I found A Jonsered pistin cover that fit the Husky and have had no problems with cracks and obvious better quality plastic.I am sure you all no but Jonsered is all Husky but less exspensive.

What do you mean by "pistin cover"? Is it the entire top cover?

I thought that (generally speaking) the covers is about the only parts that does not interchange between current Husky and Jred's. :dizzy:

I mean the top shroud which cover carb and cylinder. Not sure if it is all models but the 2145 and the Husky 145 models match up. Recoil covers won't work and I am not sure about the rest.

Mc Bob and his plastic macs
Exactley my point , check out husky plastic part 1 on page 5 or so.You pay 3 times the amount for a Husky or Stihl but it seems as though things are made to break.
