Hello all.
Bought a few of the smaller Husqvarna 133, 234, 238 and 242 chainsaws over the passed 12 years and now need to give some of them a few hours of t.l.c. I have found a supplier for Caber rings and other parts etc. and am toying with the following two questions.
(a) If I have enough cylinder/piston clearance will a c/gasket delete be an advantage on small cc chainsaws ???
(b) Is there a down side to increasing the rim sproket size by one or two drive numbers (faster chain speed). e.g. 7 to 8 or 7 to 9 for light thinning of soft wood.
Thanks all
Phil
