I recently purchased an old huskvana 180s for the private collection and have got it running really well with an electronic ignition conversion, the problem is the oil pump drive is worn out and its not oiling (part number

501 29 37-01) my questions are has this part number changed? and does it fit a number of older Husqvarna saws ? was it standardised, I know ift fits a number of other cd chainsaws, I have an old 65 parts saw and wandered if they used the same drive in that? although the pump looks entirely different. do some of the 2 series pumps share the same part under a different number ? thanks in advance CD ;O)

these are images of the pump taken apart and all the components, I'm assuming there's parts missing like seals? and possibly as spring and bung/cap for the end of the housing? CD 180s oil pump 002.JPG 180s oil pump 001.JPG 180s oil pump 003.JPG 180s oil pump 006.JPG

Try looking on eBay at the 180/280/380/480 even the 285/298/2100 something should match up there’s been a few 180/280/380 on eBay recently.
