Nice running Husky 3120 rare wrap handlebar chainsaw powerhead. Fires up in a few pulls, idles great. Max rpm goes to 10,900. No chainbrake band. Some damage to the case and tank as you can see. Oils like crazy. New OEM Husky flocked air filter and fuel filter.

Is the fuel tank metal?
is the brake band all that is needed to repair?

The tank is plastic. Yes a new brake band would fix it.

Is this a fully adjustable carb, or low-only? I'm only seeing one slot but figured I could be missing it.

had to ask, I didnt think it was metal but looking at what must be an epoxy type repair it looked like it could have been dented metal.
