There is a steel pin sticking out near the upper left side anti vibe mount on the Husqvarna 359 chainsaw fuel tank. What is its purpose?359 tank.jpg

I tried the standard rubber slide on limiter that fits this tank & it is loosey goosey on that steel pin. The steel coil antivibe near that steel pin doesn't allow the tank to really come close to the crankcase at that spot. No corresponding circle on the crankcase. Then again maybe the steel pin does nothing.............

Ipl for this saw does not show any rubber bit that slides on. Looks like theres a small bumper that fits on lower on the crankcase, that would bump up against the round area that can be seen to the left of the fuel cap in ur pic. Pic of crankcase in the area near that pin?

wondering the same for my 350... the rear handle feels really loose and I noticed my pin is gone, along with the bushing. Any updates?
