Husqvarna 365 371 372 Tank

I bought a new aftermarket tank for my 365 bc the original one was broken down by the front av springs. The new tank has a vent on the tank with a 5 or 6" rubber hose off it. The old original tank has just the vent plug. Can I use this new tank with the rubber hose vent? If so where do I run the hose?

Drill a hole and run it up into the carb box 350 husky used both types like that it just went up and clipped in place by the carb

The best way is like Turbo said but you can just take the hose off too

I ended up running the hose up on the back side of the handlebars next to the clutch cover so its not seens and just hold it there with a clear ziptie. Thanks though!
