anybody out there try the big bore kit from baileys or the heavy duty air filter kit? what kind of improvment did you find? any muffler mod ideas?

yes,more power!! you dont need an hd filter, just run the nylon filters... i cut a rectangle hole threw the muffler bracket/ muffler and pinched a spark screen between them.. runs great..iv also removed the base gasket for increased compression.. gained 10 to 15psi

I recently did some mods to my 365 and got some great gains. I wouldn't bother with a big bore there's enough room for improvement in the stock 365 top end. Muffler mod, and some basic porting will really make it come alive.
