Husqvarna 365 value

Got a line on a 365 special for sale. Looks fairly worn. It is all there and I have seen a video of it running. I have not went to see it in person but have several pics. It is about 1.5 hrs away. He is asking $200. Does this sound reasonable? It comes with 2 bars and 1 used chain. Can't post the pics from work.
