husqvarna 372xp compression

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with the correct compression figures for a husky 372 xp ,the saw is 6 years old and used daily by pros ,the owner says its never been stripped .The saw starts and runs well but the owner says its slightly down on performance ,i checked piston for scoring and all looks good but i feel compression is slightly lower than it should be wiich is whay i need the spec.

130-150 if you are close to sea level

Should be 150 sea leavel. When it gets around 135 the power will noticably fall off.

Did you check it? I wouldn't be happy with anything less then 140.

Mine makes 140psi on a good day and has around 20 tanks through it. 2008 model...

Forgot to say i am very close to sea level

Checked compression and it made around 145psi so i will assume all is well in that department.will do a carb rebuild and fuel tank clean + new filter and see if that helps.

pull the sparkscreen out its probly all gummed up and chokeing the saw.

Pretty sure this one does not have the mesh spark arrestor but i will check.
