Have you checked what pressure it is running at?

If it's only one hose/tube in a system, have you verified it is the proper size and pressure rating?

Its a 2000 lbs pressure system with 2800 lbs pressure hose. its bursting in the same section of the hose continuously and only when booms are at about 45° angles.

Something is definitely not right. Hydraulic hoses generally have burst pressures 2.5 - 4 times the rated working pressure. need to confirm the system operating pressure, preferably as close to the problem point as possible.

Maybe it getting stretched and weakening then bursting ,check it in full range of motion with a helper and see if it gets too tight in one spot. What else could it be if it keeps happening to one hose in the same spot ? Rubbing ,cutting etc.

Could be a bad spring Causing a transient…..

Change up hose supplier , could be a bad batch of hose.

Maybe, but why blowing in the same spot each time.

Maybe its not in the proper position or too short, pulling etc put it in motion and watch, it aint rocket science.
