Can anybody tell me what kind of Poulan this is? Not a wild thing....is it worth buying? 30 bucks...

It might be a 46cc saw with decent AV system. They can be made to run very well. It is a clamshell design, nothing fancy but you can cut a lot of wood with one of those with a little care and tuning.
