Please compare this to the price a of a new saw, and ignore the fact that I broke the chain brake handle off - let's assume for the point of price negotiation that this is something that you can weld back together at no cost, not that it might be $50 to $100 in parts that normally come with the saw, depending upon exactly what is broken.

$1K seems high since you can get an 880 darn nice on the bay for $1,500. Parts are mighty scarce for the rest of us on the 084 except for the hoarders:msp_sneaky:

Yeah its kinda spendy but he did say he would take less. I dont know how much less but he wont take 600.

Any Aussies in Sydney into big Macs? The NOS C/P's sound good. Aside from the 125's I spy a PM1000 in that bunch. And a Bebo and a Partner C6 and some of those funky Macs with the pointy up bars. Pity it is a 6 hour drive for me.:msp_sad:
