That is a 621 Jonsereds.....
I have one that is new to me--Well made and a great cutting saw with a 20inch bar and sharp chain--good power
IF you get it let us know how it checks out--I really like the things!!!--David

Not many that I see still have the spark plug cover. I have several in parts that I need to find some time to make into saws.
When Cantdog built mine and did a thread on it he said the cover was cracked.
Went to my local JonserdS( S is important to this dealer)
And asked if he had one. Long shot.
“I got one NOS Silver Top cover I saw a couple years back.....”
Only for Cantdog would this happen. Yup. 621....
Now I got to check for the spark plug cover.

Hi Robin. I need to try to find more time to get on AS. I feel like my advice is not worth much since I am not working on many of my good old red saws. I tend to forget stuff if I am not actively working on it. At least.....that is why I hope I forget stuff...

I hear you there.....sounds very familiar.....I'm sure your advise is as good as any.....
I will see if I can get more AS time. Maybe, it will prime the dusty areas of my brain that have not been used much. I really long for some free time to build some 621's!
Hope you can find the time at least to visit once in a while.....swing into Jonsered sticky....just a bunch of us still discussing the ins and outs of the brand....some nice pics etc.
