Is Stihl 390 piston cyl. Interchangeable w/391

I was looking at Huztl descriptions for the replacement parts for the 49 mm piston and piston and cylinder kits for ms 390. The ms 391 is not included for the replacement part along with the ms 390. Are the 49 cc piston interchangeable. Are the cylinders interchangeable. I'm looking at a cheap ms391 that needs a top-end the only way it would be worth it to me is if I buy the cheap aftermarket parts .
is the only difference the lack of a decompression valve or is there different configuration that doesn't make it interchangeable.

Thank you I remember reading that string of messages but how about just the Piston itself.
1) Will a piston for the 390 fit a 391 cylinder.
2) is there an aftermarket piston for the 391
I just carefully reviewed the Huztl website and I do not see an aftermarket piston or P + C kit for the ms 391

Did not find any aftermarket cylinders.

Three are also two different MS391 cylinders. The intakes are different.
