Is this a Stihl 041 Model?

My brother bought this saw from a repair&sell on Craigslist. It's been a good saw once I put half a bottle of Mechanic in a Bottle in the tank every-time I run it. However, the chain came off when I ran it last(got lucky I didn't get hurt) and I think the chip guard got busted from the flopping around chain(see pic with yellow plastic crescent part on top). Then some other plastic part busted off I think from below the chain.

1. Is this a Model 041, regular, AV or Farm Boss?
2. Is the busted plastic part a chip guard plate or real name?
3. What plastic part goes below the bar & chain?

Forgot the serial, I checked the list of serials with model and 1101 isn't on the list

Serial numbers won`t come up in the system , you would need a Stihl dealer to have it run, its the model numbers that do and a 041 is of the 1110 family. Nice old survivor you have there but they are prone to air leaks in the intake tract.
