The certification guide is where to start, every chapter has suggested reading at the end. For the regulations go to www.isa-arbor.com.

Yeah, its there, and I use mine often, even after more than 3 years.

It gave me some good ideas for a class I taught for beginners too.

Good for learning, good for review.
