Good morning everyone. Long time lurker and first time post. I’m a land owner and took possession of a new property last year that just got out of CRP. No maintenance had been done to the timbered areas so cleanup has required quite a bit of chainsaw work. Based on reading through the forums, I’ve picked up a few used saws based on the recommendations on this site. Now that I’ve gotten some time on these saws, I see there is quite a bit more potential from these saws. I’m not mechanically savvy enough to do jobs like big bore kit installs or port jobs and to be honest don’t have the time. My question to the group is, does anyone know of a good saw tech in the Kansas City area that I can use to do some of the mods I’m wanting to do? I know there are guys here on the forum that others recommend. I’m not opposed to that option either, but always try to do business locally first.
