J Red weedeater

Last winter I acquired a J Red 2026 weedeater. It was labeled as "junk". I got it for nothing along with some other "junk" . I got it running with a slight adj of the carb. Piston and cylinder look like new. You can still see the machine marks on the piston.
A friend of mine is wanting to buy this but I dont know what it is worth? Like I said, It is like new. Thanks
