Jonsered 621

It would be great if original owners of 621's would post the year model (or more accurately the year of purchase) of their 621 and it's serial number for collector research purposes.

Thanks!

Also.... best source for parts, tuning information for the 621

You can't escape yourself
There is no way to date the older Jonsereds by serial number, not unless you were there to pick your saw up from the factory. :)

Parts are pretty easy to come by if you are okay with used. Check with eBay and chainsawr.com for the most parts. Tuning is 1 full turn out for the low and high speed screw.

Good luck!

I noticed there is a N1 case and N1 labeled starter housing on the newer 621 version vs the earlier "N" version.

What specific differences besides the starter housing shape difference is there?

Thanks boys!!!
