So a few years ago I toasted the piston and cylinder in my jonsered 930, not sure what happened because the fuel was mixed right, it did not seem to have an air leak and it was running the proper rpm. In the middle of a 3 foot log I heard a little squeal and it was done, pulled the muffler and piston was scored, pulled the jug and its damaged too. So 3 things, could age cause this? I have never had this happen, anywhere I can get a new piston and cylinder? If not what is it worth in parts? I will post pics tomorrow.

Thanks much, I will give them a call, I am a little hesitant to replace the piston without the cylinder, in the past I have had much better results when I do both together. Especially when there is some visible damage to the cylinder.
