Just sittin' here watchin' the wood dry

Ah Summertime....just sittin' watchin' the wood dry and the garden grow and the birds eatin' seed at the feeders and grillin' and still playing around scrounging wood; all my wood's been in for months and I gots next Winters wood just sittin' and waitin'.....it's nice to kind of be ahead of the game, at least for a little while....

Just thought I'd post about life here in Emmaus, PA......

That's awesome - thanks for the post and the reminder of the importance of relaxing and slowing down to enjoy life once in a while. We had friends over tonight and were out admiring the woodstacks and the OWB (he burns wood too.) I should be good for this winter and have next winter's wood ready to be split and stacked. Grillin' ribs, watchin' the kids catch frogs in the pond, and havin' a cold one to end the night. Such is life in western SE Michigan tonight. :smile2:
