Health forces sale. 20 foot container kiln, 4 baskets and forklift. Chamber of kiln is 2x4 metal studs well insulated and sheathed in aluminum. Kiln is heated by an owb and has thermostat control. Has custom duct work and commercial greenhouse fan and louver and comes with an extra fan and louver new in box. I overbuilt this to last and has no problem running at 250 degrees and drying firewood in a couple of days. It is set up to run sensors in for certification but never had it certified because it isn't required here yet. I designed it and put the thermostat on so it could do lumber and firewood but haven't had a chance to do lumber in it. I have more than I am asking in materials alone. I would take $1500 off of you don't want the forklift with it which is a usaf 1980 model 3 cylinder diesel that weighs over 10,000 pounds. Has 4 firewood baskets that go with it. I am willing to trade for part of the value. I will take $15,000 cash to pay off what I have left on the loan and $10,000 in trade. Would trade for small sawmill, supersplit, dollar chainsaws or O series stihls and pre xtorq 372xps in good running condition are some ideas but open to anything I can use. Built over 3 years ago and then started having heart attacks all the time and hate to see it sitting there when I can't use it much and paying on it every month. Look online and see some offering a kiln like this for a lot more.
