This past weekend I was cutting firewood with one of my oldies. I had a piece of hackberry that I was bucking get snagged by the chain and come back and put a good sized hole in the gas tank of my C-72. Would anyone know of a link were I might be able to locate the front half of a homey tank?

If worse comes to worse I will have to mill one out of some 6061 T6 aluminum.

I own a machine shop, so welding will not be a problem! I would just like to keep the saw from looking like a blacksmith project. I think I will try some of the locals around here as there are a couple of people in the business that have been selling saws since the sixties! These guys, I've recently learned have a bunch of the old stuff and it should be fun trying to pry some parts out of their hands. Thanks anyway fellas!
