Ive been climbing for a little over 6 months with 2 months prior of groundwork, currently studying for my pesticides applicator certification, can operate bucket, and have all my own equipment, just got a new saddle the Buckingham Master II, I'm still at the tree service that I've been working at for 8 months, I love this industry and want to continue it but I cant stay with the service I'm with because they just arent paying me for what a climber is worth
