Sad on one hand, but remarkably inspiring on the other.

Something tells me he'd prefer to be remembered by the latter.

He was a little before my time here, but if it brings a legend back to the forum -- even as the bearer of such news -- that, in and of itself, is a rather significant testimonial in my book.

Like others here I didn't know him but by his posts. I also feel a loss. Don't know how old he was but seemed rather young in his posts. It is so good to see a post from Lake, sorry that the news was bad. Thanks for the post Lake, I hope others will follow. JR
