It is prett commom to have a saw with a wrecked clutch, so i figured i would share how i am solving the problem.
Two weeks ago i purchased a mall model 11 with the clutch shoes missing. I had a spare set of shoes, but the linings had been frozen loose by water over the years. I took the shoes to our local truck parts place where they re-line brake shoes. I asked about these shoes, and surprisingly, "sure no problem" was the reaponse. Well, below is the results. It needs beveled just a bit more on the edges to be a perfect fit in the drum, but i feel it will work well.
Ill catch up wih pics later, this #$&* phone is junk.
