I am getting curious about Bear. I may have to come over and shoot one myself.
I get mainly Sika deer around me and thats it as far as edible big game goes.
I don't count rabbits and wildfowl as big game but they are on the menu too.
I have to go and butcher a deer thats been hanging in a coldroom since the 4th Should be tasty but I am still curious about Bear, eaten lots of other stuff, Croc, Panther, Turtle, Monitor lizard but never Bear.
