MS 260 Pro Muffler Mod?

Gday fellas, bringin an old thread back. Im doin this mod at the moment and ive pulled the red plastic limiter off the H screw, now when that plastic thing turns does it actually turn the H adjustment screw? Asking cos I turned the red plastic limiter all the way clockwise so the screw would bite properly. Thanks

Yah, if you set the trimmed limiter caps back into the carb they will turn the jets and help to hold the tune. They should back out past one full turn w/o the tabs to set the saw richer. Also seat the jets lightly and back them both off to the factory setting marked on the saw to start the the tuning process.
