I have 261, that isnt complete.
I wondering if i could build a non m-tronic of it?

Yes, if an early version.
carb, coil, top cover or drill holes, air deflector on some models, wiring harness or make your own.
I think that’s it.

You'll have more money in used parts converting then its worth, let alone new parts. Sell it and buy a carb model.

Yea, only worth the trouble if you already have a pile of spare 261 pts.

You'll get 1/2 to 3/4 the cost of a brand new saw in it. It's just not worth it. Yes it can be done, but it falls into the category of shouldn't be done.
