MS390 Build (Woods Saw) - Good Port Numbers And Why!

I have a new MS390 cylinder and 2 new pistons. I checked each piston in the cylinder and this is the results.

BD 25*------------------------BD 28*
Squish 0.042------------------Squish 0.043

Which piston would you use and why?

What port work would you recommend?

What port size to muffler opening?

I will be doing a Muffler Mod.
