MS391 Diaphragm Which to choose?

Hello. I am rebuilding the carb on my MS 391. I am trying to figure out which one to use. The one on the left came off the carb. The one in the middle is clear. The one on the right is new but doesn't seem to have the little flaps.

You don't really have a choice, the clear (acetate) one is your only option. The teflon one without flaps could be used to "back up" a nitrile (rubber) one with flaps if you had it.
