mulcher shredder repairs

I have a Carravachi Bio350 Mulcher chipper which is no longer produced. The mulcher blade set up is similar to Aussie Red roo mulchers and I suspect others. I needed to replace 2 blades and the retainer. Do you need to press the drum together to get enough tension? I did not and now the blades feel loose. Has any out there had experience servicing this type of equipment?

replacing shredder blades

Have not had any replies - someone out there must be able to tell me how to fix it. Found out a smaller model bio100 is marketed by BCS in the US and I believe it uses the same design only my Bio350 is bigger and uses my 40hp tractor for power.
