Yes make sure you use at least 89 octane. I run 93 in my saws. 87 octane makes it run hotter and makes it harder to start. The new saws are made to run on atleast 89 octane.:rock: :)

Well, we don't have octanes lower than 95 here, 92 some places in Southern Norway - but I only use the Aspen Alkylate premix anyway .....:greenchainsaw:

- it can sit in the tanks for a year or more, with no ill results - and even if it is 1:50, it works great in saws specked for 1:25.......:clap:


It is better for the saw, the user, and the environment, than pump fuel mixed with two-cycle oil.
