Iowa spring gtg 2012 I was told by a fellow member that a 359 cylinder would not fit on a 350 chassis.... Well he is right to an extent! This is the second saw that I have modified, the first being a 2375 Wild Thing(still puts a smile on my face). I was determined to put that jug on a 350 and then I got to thinking lets just put the whole thing in there, besides I like to be different! Well from June to September I looked, researched, and collected parts until I had enough to accomplish a running saw. Before I start I would like to thank Mitch, Shaun, Adam, and Roush Tree service for all of the help, advice, and parts!

I am out of pictures for now but i can start the parts list.

359 crank
359 cylinder
HDA199b Carb
359 Intake boot
350 intake elbow(to keep stock filter)
372 intake clamp
359 clutch and rim drive
350 chassis, top cover and tank.

I hope I can get my timing numbers and some port pictures tonight.

WOW.. that's a lot of work right there!! Interesting build for sure.:msp_thumbup:

Thank you! I like stuff that is out of the ordinary and wanted this to be one of a kind. I have been a CNC machinist for 11 years so I just did what comes natural to me. I estimate 25 hours from conception to a running saw.

Nice work Mike, have you considered installing the 357 stuffers on that crank? Looking forward to running it at the spring gtg.
