Yes they do in fact. Sandvik no longer owns Windsor, but those great Windsor "Speed Tip" bars are still available.

The Sandvik bar he has might not be the speed tip though. Some of the older Sandvik bars have a weird looking sprocket nose on them with an asymmetrical attachment pattern.

Oops just looked at his pic again, it looks like it is a laminated bar.
