Need Husqvarna 346 xp rebuild.

I have recently been given a 346 xp that has a bad piston and cylinder in it. The saw is very nice and I want to rebuild it. The saw has been ported and has a few other mods. Any suggestions on where to start or who to send it to?

If you know who the porter was, try getting in touch with them.
I'd wager they'd like to know how their work is holding up
and under what sort of usage conditions it has lived.

plus if there are any special considerations for replacing parts or rebuilding it
and getting it up to best running shape,
they would be the person that could help you.

Several of the top porters live on your side of our country, I think one of them has bolt a on top end kit that has already been ported
