Need Info

Can anyone tell me what the problem could be when the chainsaw starts easy, idles good, but when a load is put on it-it wants to die. It runs just as smooth as can be when it is just sitting there or even revved up but when it starts to cut wood, it wants to die or does die. Thanks loads for any help you can give me.

Plugged exhaust or improper carb settings are the first 2 things I'd look for.

Is it real real quiet? If not, it's probably the high speed mixture setting.
