Ball bearing drawer glide for the boring bar chainsaw making slots for metal plate and locking pins. I’m thinking of a small chainsaw for making the slots etc. for a poor man’s version of a boring bar setup. Anyone out there who has done this? Thanks.
Very cool indeed.
Reminds me of my Cousin's Hundeger wood machining operation.
Up to 2x2x40ft timber billets input on one side and the framing and cladding for a complete house comes out the other.
They do occasionally need to use a small chainsaw when things go pear shaped inside the machine and they have to cut jammed things out - does happen often though.
This is one of the coolest things they've made with it.
60ft all wooden bridge, built in the factory and then put on a prime mover with only the bridge connecting the rear jinker which had battery assisted steering capability and connected to the prime mover by Wifi.
