Well, I picked up the MS660 tonight.
and ordered the dual port muffler cover for it.
If it's not raining tomorrow, the break-in, will
begin, before It goes on the mill.
I don't have any friend's that really care
about saws, so I thought I would share with you guys. :)

Yes, my wife let me put bar on in the house.

No, I don't usually go around with my shoes untied.

The wife's dog kept looking at the saw, it was like he
was thinking that thing is to big for you dad!

Fine looking specimen trigger... I'm envious. Not many of my friends get excited about serious chain saws either. But they call ME when they need chainsaw work done.

Orange

At least is has some orange on it but not enough. Great saw I hope you have much enjoyment with it.

Trigger-Time, congrat's on the new saw. Nevermind bookerdog, he's in denial with all those orange saws.
Yes my wife says I have orange on the brain.

Thanks, Guys
No milling pics yet. I did'nt use the 36" bar, put a 24" on it.
But I did use two tanks of gas today in it, and one each in the 460
& 361. Not that I cut that much wood today, But used it as a log
splitter. The old tree was struck by lighting about 2 or three years
ago. So I cut the top up for firewood and the log for milling.

Hey oldsaw, I have a 2000 model 066 on the mill now, That I think
I will put up for sale some time in the near future. It still has more
grunt than my 460, but I think its starting to get tired.

For a couple hundred bucks you can get an OE piston and cylinder off Ebay, and rebuild that ole beauty.

Might fine looking saw. Question is, will she let you start it in the house?

Sitting on that big log, I can almost see a smile on it!

CaseyForrest, I don't want to sell it, but I do want a band-saw mill.
So I will sale the 066 and a few other things. I hope to have a band-saw
mill by this time next year.

I have been a shooter and gun nut all my life, shooting 5000-8000
rounds a year for many years. Now that I have got hook on saws,
for the last 6 weeks I have not fired a shot. My friends think that
I have went off the deep end. I have went a little NUTS about
these saws :biggrinbounce2:
